School programme

A grass roots school EDI intervention programme. Curated to highlight the roles and representation of talent in a specified industry. Centering black, brown, and marginalised talent at the heart of our work, it widens the perspective of those in and outside the community.

Face-to-face workshops, Q&A and practical sessions

A framework built around face-to-face workshops, Q&A and practical sessions, our content is designed to align with two or more academic subjects that are a gateway into the specififed industry.  We use authentic stories to to drive inspiration and understanding. We create learning outcomes that help support key career decsions from years 10 upwards.

 

Each year the programme focuses on a different industry where diverse and marginalised talent are in a minority.
