About

Multi-passionate, I wear many different hats.

As a Black British mother and media professional I am driven to create a more diverse and inclusive society.  I aim to create an impact in every space I am in and have used my transferable skills across various initiatives. I am the founder of The Uncommon Collective social enterprise. I lead and employer based ERG network.  I work as a NED and school governor. Alongside all of this I find time to mentor and coach.

It all keeps me busy!

My intersectionality is an important part of my story,  allowing me to utilise all my experiences to support others from a range of backgrounds and identities.

My journey started 5 years ago when I took the decision to stop focusing on breaking the concrete ceiling over my head. My gaze shifted to those coming behind me and after me. This has become my passion and purpose. My joy.

By day I am a successful client director, delivering strategic support to top FTSE 100 companies. I love the power of storytelling and connecting media channels to audiences to create a narrative that goes beyond the platform. With a background in sales I use my energy to build strong relationships, that drives revenue and great collaborations.

By night the fun really begins. Running a social enterprise that connects me with schools and the next generation of media professionals and creatives. Delivering one to one mentoring and coaching that enables me to share my experience on a more personal level and help clients find their own power to transform their lives.

I am a ball of positive energy that doesn't shy away from the uncomfortable conversation and just wants to do good.
